A Simple Hunting Lease Management App
Stand reservations and check-in for hunting clubs, deer camps, and leases. Members book a stand, check in when they arrive, and the board shows who is where.

Auto check-out
The stand frees itself when you drive out the gate.
Nobody remembers to check out. Hunt Time notices you left.
One stand, one member. The database enforces it.
Two members tapping the same stand in the same second: exactly one gets it, and the other is told who did. The rule lives in the database, not in the app on the phone, so a bad signal cannot hand a stand to two people.
Reports that you left. Never where you are.
Auto check-out watches one boundary around the property with the phone's own geofence. No GPS trace, no position inside the property, and with the app closed nothing is sent but the crossing.
Camp Safety, one hold away.
A hold-to-send SOS pushes your name and your stand to every member of the club at once, with a 911 button beside it. If a hunt window closes and somebody checked in but never checked out, the club is told.

Got a club code?
Download the app, sign in with Apple, Google, or an email, and type the six-character code your club sent you. Pick the name the board will show for you. Nothing else to set up.
Codes look like RID-GE7. Or scan the club’s QR from the join screen.
Owners
Starting a club?
Create the club, put the crosshair on your property, drop a pin for each stand, and text your members the code. About ten minutes. Camp is free for up to 4 members and 6 stands.
You set the booking horizon, the per-member cap, the grace periods, and when claims open.
Built for how a lease actually runs.
Three states, three signals
OPEN, BOOKED, TAKEN — each with a color, a shape, and a word, so the board reads the same for the one hunter in twelve who is red-green color blind.
Every stand on satellite imagery
Stands pinned where they stand, grouped under their fields, on satellite imagery of your own ground.
Windows follow the sun
Morning and evening come from sunrise and sunset on your coordinates, so they move through the season on their own.
Book ahead, within reason
A morning or an evening, as far ahead as your club allows (a week by default), with a per-member cap the owner sets.
No-shows free themselves up
A booked stand nobody checks into goes back on the board after the grace period your club sets, an hour by default.
Wind, legal light, and a red screen
Wind and legal-light badges on every stand. A red-shifted night mode switches itself on at civil dusk and is readable at 4:45 AM.
Guests ride with a member
Guests ride on the member who brought them — the record insurance asks for.
The rest of camp
A camp gallery for harvest photos, location data stripped before upload. A harvest log. A dues ledger. A record of every stand and how it came free.
Billed to the club, once a year.
Members never pay. Camp is free at the size a deer camp actually is; larger clubs pick a plan inside the app.

Questions clubs ask
Does every member need an iPhone?
Yes, today. Hunt Time runs on iPhone, iOS 17 or later. An Android app is not out yet; the waitlist at the bottom of this page gets one email when it ships.
Does auto check-out track where members are?
No. The phone watches one boundary around the property and reports only that it crossed it. It never reports where a member is and records nothing inside the property.
What if a member keeps location off?
Nothing breaks. Their stand frees itself when the hunt window closes plus the grace period the club set, and anyone can check out by hand from the stand.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes for the one person setting it up: name the club, put the crosshair on the property, add fields and stands, and send the code.
Do members pay?
No. Only the club has a plan. Camp is free for up to 4 members and 6 stands; larger clubs choose a yearly plan inside the app, billed to the club.
Who can see our board?
Your club, and nobody else. Clubs are separated in the database and every request is checked against membership. Nothing is sold to anybody, and there is no advertising.
Set your club up before the season opens.
Create the club, text your members the code. Done.
